| The Day After The Xmas Feast, Or Any Kind Of Feast, For People Trying To Lose Weight Well, Christmas has come and gone. I got a completely new shorter belt amongst my gifts to enjoy my thinning waist. But I challenged that a little bit with calorie consumption, and less than usual walking for the day yesterday. Presents also included carton box of sweets and a fifth of Scotch, both of which I will have, but steadily and most significantly, with a correct recording of the calories on my daily journal. I firmly feel you could consume anything you desire, as long as your record the calories. Joan, as usual, produced more food than even our crowd could eat, therefore the refrigerator is full of remainders. Few landmines hidden in there together with some salad and fruit items that are on the more decent path. Again the answer is to have sensibly and keep count of calories. We allowed a bit of a blowout yesterday, and the hormonal response to the feast might have elevated our metabolism that can be a great thing, if we shut down the consumption today and stay on track at least till New Year's eve. Now a week away is the next event, New Years Eve and day. This could very well be a repeat for a lot of individuals.
